Léa, eres un ángel

Léa dejó su cuerpo y se reunió con la luz eterna el jueves 28 de julio de 2011, a las 5:45am, en el Hospital Mt. Hope de Port of Spain, Trinidad y Tobago. Tenía 2 años y 4 meses. La causa de su muerte fue un «paro cardiaco cardiomegalia mayor»…preferimos creer que su misión en esta tierra estaba hecha.

A todos los que la conocieron, les agradecemos sus oraciones y todo el amor que le brindaron a Léa durante estos dos años que vino a llenarnos de tanta felicidad y de tanto amor.

Por favor, no dejen nunca de seguir sembrando ese amor que nos enseñó, siempre incondicional.

Estoy convencida de que Léa sigue con nosotros, acompañándonos en cada instante y disfrutando de ese lugar hermoso en dónde la felicidad es infinita.

Gavin y yo sólo podemos agradecerle a este ángel supremo que nos haya escogido como sus padres y que nos haya aportado toda esta luz.

Nos dejó muchas enseñanzas, y muchos mensajes. Entre ellos, el de saber que mañana sale el sol. Quizá sientas que hoy es un día muy difícil de vivir, te sientas triste y solo, pero siempre recuerda que hay un mañana…

CÓMO SON LOS ÁNGELES…

Un ángel lo puedes distinguir de entre los seres carnales tan solo poniendo mucha atención en los detalles que parecen pequeños e insignificantes. Ellos cuentan con una habilidad especial para esto, detectan insectos, manchas, migajas y moquitos hechos bolita tanto en superficies lisas y uniformes como en las más irregulares y aleopardadas .

Normalmente tratarán de verificar la presencia de otros ángeles mirando tu calzado, al parecer ellos tratan de andar descalzos el mayor tiempo posible. Los zapatos, tenis o chanclas no les ofrecen mucha comodidad si no están realmente caminando. Que no te extrañe descubrirlos agachados o doblados en posiciones exageradas mirando tus pies, solo quiere reconocer si tú, visitante, eres persona o ángel.

Un ángel se puede reconocer por su aura, al ser un ser celestial con alma grande, te hará sentir una persona especial, te hará sentir una conexión con su paz por medio de pequeños gestos como sonrisas, muecas, recargones de cabeza en tu pecho, y a veces con un apretón de ceja, esto sucede tanto en persona como vía sistemas electrónicos. Así que si viste una foto o video no te preocupes, te tocó vivir la experiencia de un ángel.

Aunque si tienes la fortuna de recibir un beso o abrazo sorpresa de uno de estos seres infinitos, tus miedos desaparecerán de forma gradual, te darás cuenta gracias a esa fijación en detalles sublimes de lo hermosa que es la vida, la tarde, la mañana o la canción que estás escuchando en este momento.

El ritmo y los sonidos son otra herramienta importante para ellos, que no te extrañe verlos mover la cadera, cabeza, manos o pies al ritmo de cualquier cha cha cha, o cantando algún coro, al fin y al cabo son ángeles y la alegría infinita se les desborda por cualquier lado.

Por ser almas eternas pueden sentir felicidad, paz y alegría de forma permanente, en cualquier momento o espacio. Así que si tu estéreo tiene función de repetir canción te ayudara bastante, pues si encontró un ritmo o letra celestial la podrá escuchar por siempre con la misma alegría en cada repetición y con la misma pasión en cada parte de coros.

Otra característica de los ángeles es (tal vez ligada a la observación de tu calzado) esta habilidad para comprenderte y ponerse en tus zapatos. Para lograr esto muchas veces los descubrirás imitándote, repitiendo tus movimientos, tu forma de sentarte, de comer o de picarte la nariz. Al repetir tus movimientos y formas logran tener una idea clara de lo que estás sintiendo. La próxima vez que veas a alguien replicando tus movimientos y acciones muy probablemente sea un ángel tratando de descifrar tu sentir.

Recuerda que los ángeles están hechos de luz y de estrellas de distintas partes del universo, viajan constantemente, por lo que a veces sus cuerpos físicos los usan por periodos de tiempo variables. No te preocupes por eso, su contacto de alguna forma te hará replantear la verdadera perspectiva del tiempo y del espacio en tu vida. Al estar acostumbrados a estas libertades de tiempo y espacio, flotar o sumergirse en el agua les produce un increíble placer y comodidad. Cuando veas a uno debajo del agua no te quedará ya ninguna duda de que estás en presencia de un ángel.

También tienen un gusto por la lectura, el yoga, preparar comida y bebidas, los paseos al aire libre son importantes pues les permiten estar en contacto con mas luz y vida. Si reconoces a un ángel cerca de ti, abrázalo y tenle mucha paciencia, son seres supremos, no esperes lo mismo de un ángel que de un alma joven.

Sobre todo trata de entender si un día su luz debe seguir viajando entre flores, montañas, mares y ríos. Aunque sea desgarrador no poder seguir gozando de su presencia física tan confortable, la lección de un ángel es esa. No te conformes, respira, anda, disfruta, observa detalles, recibe y genera luz todos los días, vale la pena la vida! No te la tomes tan en serio, la luz puede venir e irse todos los días de y hacia cualquier lugar, por eso es tan bella e infinita.

Te vamos a extrañar Léa, tu tío Dus.

Poem to Léa

As I woke up this morning

i thought she was still here

I thought it was a nightmare

i wouldn’t have to fear

and as the pain swelled up

a whisper in my ear

told me not to be sorry

and told me not to fear

the whisper told me softly

that Léa was still here

that through the things she taught me

i’d realise today

the truth of love is simple

and Léa’d led the way

i closed my eyes recalling

the niece that I so loved

and instead of me falling

she soared me up above

despite the tears of sorrow

from being unprepared

I smiled about the moments

of happiness we shared

to Léa, to her kindness,

to happiness and joy

to all of Léa’s teachings

that will forever stay

there was a little girl

who cared about today

she so lived in the moment

on every single day

her eyes were like an angel’s

her smile was like the sun

her life was like a rainbow

after the rain had gone

she taught me about joy

to sing and dance and play

she taught me about warmth

on the coldest winter day

she taught me how to smile

and that things’ll be ok

and as I mourn for Léa

on this sorrowful day

she taught me about faith

and showed me how to pray

and as she passes on,

my lord I truly pray

that love will always win,

and always find a way

that Léa’s inspiration

always with us shall stay

and just this very morning

again Léa did teach

in her sorrowful absence

that love is within reach

the love she shared is lasting

the love she shares is here

and just this very morning

she taught me not to fear

she teaches me the courage

in seeing someone pass

someone i loved so dearly

whose memory will last

and mommy will look after

the grandchild she so loved

they’re watching us and smiling

from heaven up above

Help us to understand, even if we do not understand.

Help us to cope, even if we sometimes do not know if we have the strength to cope.

Help us to transcend this terrible tragedy.

Help us to remember Léa as she was, is, and will always be –

A shining light unto our lives, a little girl of the greatest joy, happiness, love, caring, and kindness.

Help us to move on to a new chapter of our lives,

While remembering all the wonderful things that Léa brought to us,

And all the glorious memories that we shall keep for the rest of our lives.

Help us to know, with the certainty of Your Grace and our faith,

That Bénédicte and Léa are looking down at us, guiding us, leading us, being our Wise Counselors,

Giving us with the help of God the strength, the courage, the wisdom to be strong, to support each

other, to be supported by our family, our friends, our loved ones,

and to keep Léa as the most precious treasure in our hearts.

TODO EMPEZO EL DÍA QUE LLEGASTE A NUESTRAS VIDAS. ERA EL GRAN DÍA DE TU LLEGADA Y TE ESPERABAMOS CON ANSIA. CREO QUE TODA LA ATENCION ESTABA EN MI, SI PEQUEÑA, AUNQUE NO LO CREAS TODOS QUERIAN SABER «QUE SE SIENTE SER ABUELA». VERAS, TE VOY A EXPLICAR, TODO MI MUNDO CAMBIO!… TODOS MIS PENSAMIENTOS, MIS REFLEXIONES, MI MODO DE VER LA VIDA GIRABA EN ESE PEQUEÑO SER QUE ERAS TU. NO PODIA ENTENDER COMO ME PODIAS PROVOCAR ESE CUMULO DE SENSACIONES. TODA MI VIDA SE CENTRO EN TI.
